Paul Fraser Associates was set up in 2010 to provide specialist services in health improvement project management, training and fieldwork for the health, public and voluntary sectors.

The organisation was set up by Fraser Serle who has over twenty years experience in the public health and health improvement sectors and has worked in both operational and strategic roles.

Fraser operates independently and collaboratively with other independent practitioners both as associates and as part of a team working with other health improvement providers. In the short time that Paul Fraser Associates has been operating, it has built up a strong track record of successful delivery.

Since 2010 Fraser has worked with several of the new local NHS commissioning organisations to provide services such as commissioning, training and project management for specific programmes.
